ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
The contractor is using temporary check dams and swales onsite to impound the water and has acquired a Baker tank
and received a permit to discharge construction storm water to King County sanitary sewer with higher turbidity limits.
The contractor intends to pump storm water from the existing north swale to the sanitary sewer any time turbidity
levels exceed target levels applicable for discharge under the construction storm water general permit.
No offisite discharge was observed during the visit. AESI observed the contractor pumping the north swale to the Baker
tank. No water sample was taken.
