RE: Iden Residence Swimming Pool Repairs 5121 Ripley Lane N Renton, WA 98056
The Iden Residence has an existing swimming pool that is approximately 30+ years old.
This swimming pool had some major cracks in the northwest corner of the swimming pool, and
the concrete spa had severe settling issues which caused the cracks in the swimming pool.
To make these repairs we will need to remove the majority of the spa vessel. Rebuild the
northwest corner of the swimming pool. Since the swimming pool will now be a true rectangle
the homeowner wanted to ad an electric recessed automatic swimming pool Safety cover to
the swimming pool. The swimming pool will then get new precast coping, waterline tile, and
plaster finish to the interior of the swimming pool.
