In addition, two restrictive covenants are recorded for the two PSE Grady Way Renton Complex parcels, including recording No. 20000125001281 for parcel 3 (Parcel 3 Covenant (1).pdf), and recoding No. 20000125001282 for parcel 2 (Environmental Covenant PSE Grady Way Renton parcel 2 2000.pdf). These two covenants prohibit any activity that may interfere with the integrity of the cleanup action, or result in a release or exposure to the environment of the contamination. Please confirm if the proposed project area is located on any of the aforementioned contaminated site, or being impacted by the restrictive covenants. Please coordinate with Ecology to ensure residual contamination is handled following the requirements of Washington state environmental laws and regulations. Ecology recommends making a public record request (Public Records (govqa.us)) to review the files associated with the contaminated sites. Thank you for considering these comments from Ecology.
