Please accept my proposal for the following electrical per plans and specs;
Provide and install (1) 35ft City of Renton Dual Function pole and LED heads.
Cast in place concrete base included.
(2) Type 1 non-skid junction boxes included.
PVC and wiring per city spec included.
Boom truck and VAC Truck included.
Electrical permit included.
Excavation and backfill included.
TOTAL COST $58,330.00
(2) Concrete topper pads by others
Exclusions: Power Company fees or hookup cost, temp power, Boring
Import or exporting material, survey or staking
Traffic control, Asphalt or concrete cutting or patching, Testing Fees, Sales Tax
Acceptance of Proposal: The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified.
