Mitigation measures will be incorporated into the proposed project per Geotech Report & Study attached from Geotech Consultants, Inc. received on April 19, 2022. The Report includes a description of existing site conditions as well as recommendations for seismic considerations, reinforced foundations, slabs-on- grade, additional services and other specific recommendations contained within the report.
