Our services do not include supervision or direction of the contractor, their employees, or agents. Recommendations for obtaining project objectives may be made by our representatives; however, direction of the actual work should come from the owner or contractor, as appropriate. The contractor is responsible for complying with the contract documents at all times, regardless of the presence of our field representative. Jobsite safety, including compliance with all applicable state or federal regulations, is the sole responsibility of the contractor. The observations, recommendations, and conclusions provided in this field report are preliminary until reviewed by the ESNW project manager. Establish Construction Access • Fabric; Quarry Spalls • Wheel Wash • Sweeper Truck G N -Stabilized construction entrance off of Lincoln Ave NE using quarry spalls. -Light track-out visible; Continue to utilize sweeper truck along NE 40th and Lincoln Ave NE often. 3. Stabilize Soils • Nets & Blankets • Mulch, Bark & Rock • Hydroseeding; Grass • Plastic Sheeting • Stockpiles F N -Exposed soils are covered in plastic and anchored down with sandbags, hydroseeded or actively worked. -Cover any stockpiles with plastic sheeting if unworked 7+ days. 6. Protect Slopes • Benching; Track-Walking • Pipe Slope Drains • Plastic Sheeting; Anchors G N -Plastic removed from lower slopes to begin working and removing soil from site. -Upper slopes hydroseeded and covered in grass; Straw placed throughout slope where needed. 7. Protect Drain Inlets • Catch Basin Inserts G N -Catch basin inserts have been installed throughout the swales on-site; Silt socks installed in most CB’s. 8. Stabilize Channels and Outlets • Channel Lining • Check Dam • Outlet Protection • Nets and Blankets F N -Rock-lined swales throughout entire site directing water from East to West towards vault; Quarry spalls scarce in a few areas of the swale on the East side of the site, still working as intended. 9. Control Dewatering G N -Water moved from the vault to the Water Tectonics treatment system on-site then piped to beehive on Lincoln Ave NE when needed. 11. Maintain BMPs F N -See details below. 12.
