THE CITY STANDARD UTILITY EASEMENT SHALL BE REVISED
AND/OR A MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT SHALL BE PROVIDED
SUCH THAT RESTORATION OF THE PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS
(INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, TURF AND FENCES)
ENCROACHING WITHIN THE NEW EASEMENT AND WITHIN THE
EXISTING EASEMENT AREA ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE
PROPERTY OWNER/GRANTEE. EASEMENT AND/OR
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT SHALL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO
