1. Project Name. JB0000588234 T3D ‐ WAKVD99100 1X2 OFF RN44C (4X4).
2. The name, source, intensity, and location of the sound/project limits. Cannon Construction, trucks
and Sawzall.
3. Description of work. There will 190’ of tree trimming on the western most section of the overlash
(OVERLASH (1) 288CT FIBER ON EXISTING AERIAL STRAND).
4. The equipment and vehicles used for the work (please provide a table of the equipment to be used
with its appropriate decibels).
Vehicles: F550 84db @ 50’
F150 84db @ 50’
Sawzall: 85db @ 50’
5. Proposed Noise Mitigating Measures the applicant will implement to minimize the sound level
violations. Use hand tools when possible. Limit run time of gas‐powered equipment.
6. Any additional information or studies regarding any aspect of the requested variance that is deemed
necessary to complete the review of the variance request. No
