The proposed storm field change (shown in the attachment) is acceptable with the following conditions
THE EXISTING CATCHBASIN AT THE CURB SHOULD BE A TYPE 2 CB (SEE LOACTION MARKED UP IN THE ATTACHED PLAN).
trees in the landscaped planter are not allowed within 10 feet of catch basin.
revised landscaped plan showing the 10 feet separation of from the catch basin should be submitted to the planner for review.
root barrier is required for trees in the portion where the stormwater main is located in the landscaped planter portion between the curb and sidewalk.
