Descripon:Defer the resolu(on of access to Lot 3 of the Greenleaf II SP. The developer has constructed the drive apron to
accommodate access from the Emergency Access Easement (Parcel #6623400050) per the approved drawings. The
parcel which provided the easement was sold prior to recording of the easement provided and the developer is in
nego(a(on with the new property owner to re obtain the easement. The final short plat documents have been
updated to provide an access easement to Lot 3 via Lot 2. In the event the access easement from the Emergency
Access area has not been a6ained by the (me the developer wishes to apply for a building permit, the driveway will
be reconstructed to eliminate the curb cut and drive apron.
