it does not appear that you can meet the required 2'
clearance from the 30" standpipe and 12" tee based on the
configuration of the existing pipes and where the ladder
needs to be placed. you cannot use a 72" catch basin as it
will conflict with an existing city water main. suggest using
a 60" catch basin with a 2' diameter standpipe. you will have
to rerun the calculations in the tir. a suggested layout is
shown below in blue.2.0 ft2.0 ftsnipped from
2nd submittal.
