The approved early clear and grade plans for the referenced project have been signed and are ready for printing. You can access the signed plans at the above link. Please print 2-copies
(22”x34”) of the signed plans and return them to my attention at your earliest convenience.
The following items are required to be received prior to scheduling the pre-construction meeting:
* Receipt of the required Surety Device
* Acceptable Documents can be found on the City website: Development Engineering Forms <https://rentonwa.gov/business/default.aspx?id=42473>
* Required Bond Amount: $64,670.10 – Note this is for the Erosion Control Only. Once the Civil Plans are approved we will require a new Permit Bond for the project and will release
the EC&G Permit bond.
* Certificate of Insurance with coverages as outlined in the City’s Certificate of Insurance Guidelines (attached)
* A copy of the Civil Contractor’s license
* A copy of the Civil Contractors City of Renton business license
* A signed Authorization of Special Billing Form (form attached)
The Invoice for the EC&G Permit is attached. Payment must be received prior to commencement of the Pre-Construction Meeting. You can pay the invoice on the First Floor of City Hall prior
to the Meeting. Please bring the Receipt from Finance to the Pre-Construction Meeting so that we can verify the invoice has been paid.
