THIS AMENDMENT, dated for reference purposes only as May 26, 2023, is by and between the
City of Renton (the “City”), a Washington municipal corporation, and Texas Market Research
Group, LLC (d/b/a ReconMR) (“Consultant”), a Texas limited liability company. The City and the
Consultant are referred to collectively in this Amendment as the “Parties.” Once fully executed
by the Parties, this Amendment is effective as of the last date signed by both parties.
Whereas, the City engaged the services of ComEngage, LLC (“ComEngage”) under Agreement
CAG-22-420, dated November 21, 2022, to provide necessary services for the 2023 community
survey (referred to herein as the “Agreement”); and
Whereas, ComEngage assigned its rights and obligations in the Agreement to Consultant
pursuant to an Asset Purchase Agreement between ComEngage and Consultant, which
transaction closed on March 31, 2023, and the City has approved such assignment; and
Whereas, the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to change the scope of work, compensation,
and change the time for performance in order to extend the agreement and add additional
translation services.
NOW THEREFORE, It is mutually agreed upon that CAG-22-420 is amended as follows:
1. Scope of Work: Section 1, Scope of Work,which incorporates services specified in Exhibit
A, is amended to include Exhibit B and Exhibit C, which are attached hereto and are
hereby incorporated by this reference to become part of the “Work.”
2. Compensation: Section 4, Compensation, which incorporates amounts specified in
Exhibit A, is amended to include compensation for translation services to be charged at
the rates outlined in Exhibit B and the additional business survey as outlined in Exhibit C.
Compensation is amended so that the maximum amount of compensation payable to
Consultant is increased by $10,000 from $60,000 to $70,000, plus any applicable state
and local sales taxes.
33.Time of Performance:Section 3, Time of Performance, is amended as follows: all Work
shall be performed by no later than December 31, 2023.

4.CAG-22-420 (The “Agreement”) shall now reflect that the “Parties” are hereby modified
and Texas Market Research Group, LLC, d/b/a ReconMR has been assigned the rights and
responsibilities of the “Consultant” pursuant to CAG-22-420. ComEngage, LLC
(“ComEngage”) is no longer a Party to CAG-22-420.
5.All terms of the Agreement not explicitly modified herein shall remain in full force and
effect and such terms shall apply to Work performed according to this Amendment as if
fully set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have voluntarily entered into this Amendment as of the date
last signed by the Parties below.
