Jenny,
Per the meeting that I had with John Hobson and Dave Christensen, please place the Thunder Hills Creek
Critical Areas Exemption (LUA18-000678) and Retaining Wall Modification (LUA19-000009) on hold. The
applicant is going to do some additional analysis and has requested that these permit reviews be placed
on hold until the additional analysis is completed to ensure changes that would impact the plan set are
not necessary.
