See email below for the latest update on the project. I’m thinking that we should hold off on the critical
areas exemption and modification until we find out if the USACE and Muckleshoots are OK with the
modification to our JARPA submittal.

Hi Dave and John,
We have received and reviewed the revised documents, mitigation plans and mitigation JARPA figures
from Watershed Company in response to USACE’s comments on the Thunder Hills project. We also have
revised our civil JARPA figures in response to USACE comments.
I have placed them in folder #6 at the FTP site below. Please review and let me know if you have any
questions. Once you are okay with these, I’ll contact Kristin McDermott (USACE) to ask if she needs them
via hard copy again or if electronically will suffice.
Next step will be to officially respond to Muckleshoot comments and provide the same revised plans and
documents to them as well as WDFW in support of the HPA. That was put on hold so I will contact Larry
Fisher once we have submitted items to USACE to ask the next steps approach so that we do that part
correctly.
