Request for Proposals
Strategic Marketing Services
The City of Renton, on behalf of the Renton Community Marketing Campaign, is seeking
competitive proposals from vendors for Strategic Marketing Services. The services will be
provided for a one year period from July 2023 through July 2024.
The successful bidder will develop and execute a strategic rebrand, communications and
marketing plan for the RCMC.
Interested parties are required to submit a proposal package as outlined in the RFP no later
than June 30, 2023. The City will review all proposals for completeness and compliance with the
terms and conditions contained in the RFP. The City reserves the right to reject any or all
proposals or to award a contract based upon available budget.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) is posted at: Rentonwa.gov/bids.
Delivery of the RFP submittal by the date and time stated herein is the responsibility of the
respondent.
