There will be no on-site hazardous substance processing and handling, or hazardous waste treatment
and storage. All chemical waste will be collected and disposed of (i.e., not entering the plumbing waste
system). No construction vehicles will be refueled on site and the quantity of hazardous materials
contained in fuel or fluid reservoirs of construction vehicles will not exceed 20 gallons.
Construction debris, such as concrete, lumber, etc., must be removed and not buried on site.
