NARRATIVE
Last night on 03/05/23 about 745PM I was driving down NE 4th st and as i approached the Brighton Ridge Apartments, on my
left, there was a stalled vehicle in the road blocking any approaching traffic- it was a White Subaru with LIC Plate#CFT4441
in the road that seemed to have just exited the apartments. As i came up to the stalled Subaru it had occurred to have just hit
a parked car on the main road that was empty and parked across from the entrance/exit of the Brighton Ridge Apartments.
The Subaru then backed up and turned Left headed towards NE 3rd st. I followed till I got the LIC plate number. I tried calling
non emergency number but could not get through. I was on my way to the airport to pick up my husband. On our way back
from the airport we went the same way I drove there and the struck vehicle had then moved, so im not sure the make or
model of the struck car. It was a dark color possible blue. Im hoping this will help.
