NARRATIVE
i was driving on the 2nd right lane of S 3rd St(one way street)to turn right on Rainier Ave. as i was driving nearing the
intersection, a black car suddenly entered my lane coming from the 2 left lanes that would be turning left onto Rainier Ave. i
stepped on my brakes but the car had already advanced and was right in my way in front of me and hit the right corner
bumper of the car. the driver of the car immediately backed up his car away from the accident site and parked in a parking
space. i followed him where had parked. i noticed that the car didn't have a license plate on either the front or rear. There was
a piece of paper taped behind the front windshield that looked like a temporary license plate. i asked the driver for his driver's
license and registration but he claimed that his license is at home and also unable to show me his registration. when i told him
I'm calling the police, he immediately got on his car and drove away. After he drove away I reviewed the photo that I took and
this was what it said on the paper: Georgia Temporary License S1459358 Expires 10-APR-2023.
