NARRATIVE
As I approached the intersection before the overpass riding in the middle lane. I was cut off and hit by a woman in a an Infinity
hatchback. She then pulled into the lane in front of me and got out of her vehicle, came back to my vehicle saying sorry and
asked if I was okay. I told her that we need to exchange information and that we needed to move to a safe place to do so.
She then walked back to her vehicle, looked at her damage and got back inside her vehicle. Looking as if she was about to
pull over up but then made a left turn onto the on ramp going south on 1405. I then called 911 and was told by the dispatch
not to follow her. I was advised to pull over at a safe place to wait for WSP.
