NARRATIVE
I was going North on Rainier avenue South and was making a left hand turn at 8:05 AM onto SW Victoria Street, and had
entered the intersection making my left turn crossing the street, when I was hit from the left by a big white truck driving on the
wrong side of the street who was driving North on Rainier Ave South, but on the wrong side of the street. Traffic to the right of
me was clear.
