NARRATIVE
going thru a green light and a car ran a red light going down the davenport/sunset way coming down the hill; hit the back end
of my car and did not stop. I stopped, on the other side of Garden ave N./Lake Washington Blvd. and saw no car that
stopped, did not feel safe on the side of the road so drove to the opening at Lake Washington Gene Coulon beach park and
parked to decide what to do; then decided to drive on to work and report on line. while I was sitting there shaking, a big man
in a brown truck drove in and took a picture of my license plate. was too scared to get out. 2 ladies witnessed him doing that
and told him to go away. I have their number
