In addition, $3,686.49 of unspent subconsultant budget from RES Group NW will be transferred to Phase 5, Task 2. The transfer from sub budget appears in Exhibit A. City of Renton Parametrix, Inc. 06/21/2016 CAG-16-063 The Scope of Work described in Section II of the Agreement is amended to add the Scope of Services described in the attached Exhibit A-1. The completion date has been extended to December 31, 2025. Supplemental Agreement No. 15 increases Scope of Work only with no additional costs. See attached Exhibits "A" through A-2. Total 1,465,587.21 0 1,465,587.21 *Basic Agreement figures include Supplemental Agreement Nos. 1 through 14. **See attached Exhibit A-1. ***Direct Non-Salary costs include Management Reserve. ****Removal of Construction Assistance 1 May 2023 SCOPE OF WORK TASK 01: DUVALL AVE CURB AS-BUILT Parametrix will use existing survey control from project number 214-1779-045 and will map the face of curbs at the flow line on the East and West side of Duvall Ave NE. The survey limits will be within the right of way of Duvall Ave Ne from the intersection with NE 10th Street to the south end of the curb return at the intersection with Sunset Blvd NE. The face of curb will be located at one hundred (100) foot intervals or at the approximate location of the luminaries within the right of way and at all curb returns. Once the data has been collected it will be drafted and compared to the City of Renton Duvall Avenue NE improvements plans to verify the location of the curb. TASK 02: MONUMENT VERIFICATION Parametrix will use existing survey control from project number 214-1779-045 and will verify the location of newly replaced monuments at the intersections of Duvall Avenue NE with NE 10th Street and NE 12th Street. Parametrix will run close loop conventional field traverse through existing onsite control that was used to create the base map to verify that the newly replaced monuments. The coordinates of the newly constructed monuments will be provided to the City of Renton. TOPOGRAPHIC ELEMENTS Topographic elements consist of information shown on a map which depicts the horizontal and vertical positions of natural and/or fabricated features and existing terrain surfaces. The topographic mapping will include evidence of, including but not limited to, the following improvements: Curbs Driveways/curb cuts ASSUMPTIONS Assumptions for these tasks based on the following assumptions: Parametrix will be provided reasonable access to all areas requiring surveys. All electronic mapping standards will be based on Parametrix drafting standards. SCHEDULE Parametrix will complete the scope of services described above on a mutually agreed upon schedule. DELIVERABLES Parametrix will provide the following deliverables for each task: An electronic drawing file of the topographic survey in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2020 format in one drawing file. One PDF copy of the As-Built Survey. FIXED FEE The described scope of work will be completed on a fixed-fee basis in the amount(s) shown below.
