HomeMy WebLinkAboutKC Park FDC and PIV Relocation_11 Huy Huynh From:Bradford, Brenda <Brenda.Bradford@kingcounty.gov> Sent:Friday, June 16, 2023 11:12 AM To:Huy Huynh; Kip Braaten Cc:Thompson, Denise; Goebel, John Subject:KC Parks Central Maintenance Facility C21000383 relocation of water due to conflict Importance:High Hello  We wanted to make you aware of a conflict between water utility, electrical utility, and the foundation of the Shop  Building.  We need to re‐locate some of the electrical equipment from the west building wall to the other side of the  sidewalk in order to allow for sweep to penetrate foundation wall before entering electrical room.  This has necessitated  us to push the location of the FDC and PIV a little further south than on the permitted plans in order to accommodate  the electrical.  We are required to produce as‐built survey so this revision would be reflected in the as‐built survey.  The  excerpt below is from sheet UW‐102.    We wanted to apprise you of this revision before providing approval for its release to the contractor. If you have  comments or concerns, please indicate so by COB next Tuesday.  Thanks!   CAUTION: This email originated from outside the City of Renton.
