MANAGEMENT ACTION PLANNING
THIS AMENDMENT, dated for reference purposes only as June 30, 2023, is by and between the
City of Renton (the “City”), a Washington municipal corporation, and Parametrix, Inc.
(“Consultant”), a Washington corporation. The City and the Consultant are referred to collectively
in this Amendment as the “Parties.” Once fully executed by the Parties, this Amendment is
effective as of the last date signed by both parties.
Whereas, the City engaged the services of the Consultant under Agreement CAG-21-259, dated
November 1, 2021, to provide necessary services for Stormwater Management Action Planning
(referred to herein as the “Agreement”);
Whereas, the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to change the time for performance in order
to provide additional time to complete the work.
NOW THEREFORE, It is mutually agreed upon that CAG-21-259 is amended as follows:
1.Time of Performance:Section 3, Time of Performance, is amended to extend the time of
performance. All Work shall be performed by no later than September 30, 2023.
2. Other Provisions: Section 19, Paragraph K Third-Party Beneficiaries (as required by the
DOE Grant Funding agreement) is amended to read as follows:
K. Third-Party Beneficiaries. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to, nor shall be
construed to give any rights or benefits in the Agreement to anyone other than the
Parties, and all duties and responsibilities undertaken pursuant to this Agreement will be
for the sole and exclusive benefit of the Parties and no one else.
Except: This project is funded in part by the Washington State Department of Ecology.
Neither the State of Washington nor any of its departments or employees are, or shall be,
a party to this contract or any subcontract. However, all parties agree that the State of
Washington shall be, and is hereby, named as an express third-party beneficiary of this
contract, with full rights as such.

3.All terms of the Agreement not explicitly modified herein shall remain in full force and
effect and such terms shall apply to Work performed according to this Amendment as if
fully set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have voluntarily entered into this Amendment as of the date
last signed by the Parties below.
