Aerial images shows a covered area around the south and west side of the building that does not appear to be shown. Acknowledged, the original site plan was unclear. Please see Roof Addition, Typ. callout with added hatch pattern at covered area. Provide the location and dimensions of: Exterior display areas. The specific areas of car display need to be identified with their dimensions. Adequate parking facilities and vehicle ingress and egress need to be known. Please see Vehicle Display Area, Typ. callout with added hatch pattern and dimensions. Ingress/egress driveway called out at northeast corner. It does not appear that the electrical line connections are being shown. Please see Electrical Meter & Connection callout at east side of building. Attached to this email is the waiver form.
