Project name, size and location of site: a. Park Ave N Buildings Demolition b. 300 linear feet of security fence installation and 100 linear feet removal of existing fence c. 140 Park Avenue N and 130 Park Avenue N 2. Zoning designation of the site and adjacent properties = CA 3. Current use of the site and any existing improvements: a. 140 Park Avenue N – vacant residence recently purchased by COR b. 130 Park Avenue N – Parks Maintenance shop and yard to store vehicles and heavy equipment; current footprint surrounded by security fencing 4. Special site features (i.e., wetlands, water bodies, steep slopes) = N/A 5. Statement addressing soil type and drainage conditions: a. Both locations are designated as Seismic Hazard Areas b. Soil type = inherent liquefaction risk, not sure of its components c. Drainage conditions = non-pervious pavement, overflow to catch basins located on Park Ave N 6. Proposed use of the property and scope of the proposed development (i.e., height, square footage, lot coverage, parking, access, etc.): a. Same = Parks Maintenance shop and yard to store vehicles and heavy equipment b. Proposed project will extend security fencing around new parcel and thereby expand existing Parks Maintenance equipment yard c. Explanation of any land to be dedicated to the City = N/A 12. The number and location of structures and/or residential units (existing and potential) which might have views obstructed as a result of the proposed project = N/A 13.
