OBSERVATIONS UTILIZING LEICA SERIES 500 RECEIVERS AND
STARNET GPS VERSION 5.106 LEAST SQUARE ADJUSTMENT.
2.THIS SURVEY EXCEEDS THE MINIMUM REQUIRED SURVEY PRECISION
FOR FIELD TRAVERSE AS SET FORTH PER WAC 332-130-090. THE
TERRESTRIAL PORTION DURING THE YEAR 2003 OF WAS PERFORMED
WITH LIETZ SET 3 AND DURING THE YEAR OF 2010, A LEICA 703.
3.MONUMENTS SHOWN HEREIN WERE FIELD VISITED DURING APRIL,

COORDINATES. THE SCALE FACTOR APPROXIMATES GRID SCALE VALUE
