As we are in the process of obtaining the signature from Public Works Administrator, we found a minor error of the street name to the north of the project site shown below, which should
be “NE 9TH ST” instead of “SE 118TH ST”. In order to expedite the process, we can make a handwritten to correct the street name, but we need the approval from your surveyor, Robert
David West.
