SUBJECT: Annual Renewal of Griffeye Analyze DI Pro
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 1 to CAG-23-085 with
Griffeye, Inc. This Amendment authorizes payment of Quote # QUO-02482-P6K6D1, in
the amount of, $2,196.49 ($1,195.00 plus tax) for the annual renewal of Griffeye
Analyze DI Pro. The renewal dates are 07/25/2023 – 07/25/2024.
Griffeye Analyze DI Pro is an office the shelf data forensics system used by the Police
Department to sort, categorize, and identify digital evidence on computers.
