Please make sure the ped poles are as close to the sidewalk as possible. All ped poles need to be ADA complaint so the buttons need to be within 10” of the sidewalk. Do not click links, reply or open attachments unless you know the content is safe. CoR – The intersection at 10th and Duvall appears to have some inconsistencies when it comes to the pedestrian curbs at each corner. The hardscapes was a shared venture between Reed and Cornerstone and since we are last ones there, we are assuming that the CoR would like to see consistency at each corner. Summary (please reference the attached as well): * NW Corner has a ped curb at the ped beacon * NE Corner has two ped beacons with no pedestrian curb shown in our civil drawings. We have directed Transportation systems to elevate their beacon foundation to match future ped curb. Please confirm this is acceptable. * SE Corner has one ped beacon with a ped curb and one ped beacon without a ped curb. We have directed Transportation systems to elevate their beacon foundation to match future ped curb and the other ped curb/beacon at the same corner. Please confirm this is acceptable. * SW Corner has a ped curb at the ped beacon. We have mud showing up for the beacon foundations tomorrow at 10 and will place the foundations to keep a standardized elevation unless we are directed otherwise. The ped curbs will be placed once a change order has been agreed upon with the school district and upon CoR’s approval of a need for ped curbs.
