Dear City of Renton Development Services:
Centerline Solutions is representing T-Mobile for a proposed 6409(a) minor modification of an
existing wireless communication facility attached to a water tower located at 3410 NE 12th
Street, Renton, WA 98056. The proposal includes the swap of 3 existing radios for 3 new radios,
and replacing 6 existing TMAs with 3 new TMAs. The project valuation is $20,000.
We have included the following materials in this application package:
- Signed building permit application
- Stamped construction drawings/elevations
- Structural analysis
- Signed Letter of Abandonment
- Check#3499067 in the amount of $384.25
