Detention will be in the existing drainage ditch along the west edge of
the fill and adjacent to the future P-1 Channel. The outlet structure
will be located 2,200 feet north of the south end of the ditch. This
location intercepts runoff from 81 acres including the Auto Unloading Site
and all potential expansion of the site. This location also gives access
to a potential expansion area for storage, if this becomes necessary
before the P-1 Channel is constructed and used for storage.
Area = 81 acres including all contributing portions of plat between.
Oaksdale Ave. S.W. and B.N. tracks.
Tc = 10 min. + 1,800' + 2,200 = 94 min.
