The violations include (i) allowing sewage at your above -referenced property to discharge to the ground surface, and (ii) failing to connect your malfunctioning on -site sewage system to the Renton Sewer District's public sewer system. On or about July 16, 2004, the Public Health Department ("Public Health") issued you a Notice and Order (Certified Mail Number 7002 2030 0006 9168 2389, copy enclosed) pursuant to Health Code Chapter 1.08 and Title 13. The Notice and Order directs you to have your property connected to the Renton Sewer District's public sewer system. As of the date of this letter, you have failed to connect to the public sewer system and to keep Mr. Christensen informed of your progress, despite his attempts to contact you.
