They are figuring they will be running big trucks through the site through mid August--OK,we will do our best to avoid interference. 2. FYI school starts September 4--OK 3. Talked to Universal about scheduling for the sewer south of the manhole you connect into. They have the three manholes and three runs of pipe (108 LF 15", 34 LF 15" & 16 LF 15") going south then around the corner to the east. They are talking about maybe starting mid September. The 108 LF run starts at 17' and ends at about 5'. We are thinking the first of September to set the deep structures and sewer line. This would take a couple weeks. Mid- september could probably work for us. This is still tentative though, But is good to have a goal to shoot for. 4. Universal asked if you had a schedule yet for when you are working on the station site so they can look at scheduling. Aug1 thru 10th for power. Tentative--Re-mobolize Sept. 1 for deep structures. I figured a couple weeks for the deep structures. After that we will be pretty flexible because of the long lead items. 5. Assuming you will look to coordinate a window to install the manhole and (at least the beginning of) the 12" when there is minimum impact to the usage of the road. I think, once the pond is done, work in the vicinity of the lift station is down to you, the installation of the sewer south of the manhole and the ability of the District's facilities group to get the pump truck in to pump out their holding tank. (I have asked the District for confirmation of this). 6. When you bring the power down the west side of the road you need to cross over to the station site. Universal has asked if you can make that crossing north of the manhole that you are connecting to. The sewer is already in from that manhole to the north (17'deep so you should not hit it). They still need to install to the south and it would help them if they did not have the power there to work around. Should be no problem. We need it out of our way too. 7. There is a question about the lights in the vicinity of the lift station (west side of road). Right now the lights in the construction area have been removed by Universal and are being stored behind the pile of dirt at the lift station site. There was conversation about when they can re -install them but there is concern about the ones in the vicinity of the station construction and what equipment you are going to have that might hit them. I don't think the lights would affect us either way. 8. The District would like the Primary power pull vault in the grass if possible. I have asked the Architect to get me plans on what Bayley/Ceccanti is doing in that area. When I get that I will forward the information to you with the request that you talk to them (contact Keith McCamish with Bayley (205) 510-7371) to see if the two of you can work out if the vault and your construction will fit into that area. If it can be worked out great, if not we will probably have to go into the parking area and you will need to coordinate with PSE to make sure they have the correct vault for traffic load. I talked to Scott at PSE. He said he needs a marked up drawing showing the proposed re-routing. He also said that if we put the pull vault in the pavement, we will have to put bollards all around it. Grassy area is OK. He confirmed that the pad -mount transformer does indeed have a vault under it. Michael A.
