BUILDING CODE FEE: There is a $4.50 State Building Code Fee charged on all building permits. TRANSPORTATION IMPACT FEE: A Transportation Impact Fee may be charged on tenant improvements that require a change of use. This fee will be assessed during plan review and collected at issuance. Consult the Development Engineering Manager on this fee prior to Building Permit submittal if you have any questions. FIRE MITIGATION FEE: A Fire Mitigation Fee is charged on all new commercial, multifamily, and residential building permits. The fee is will be determined/assessed during review and collected at the issuance of the building permit. STORM REVIEW FEE: Additional storm review fees may apply and will be determined/assessed during review.
