Re: 2nd Insufficiency of Signatures – City of Renton Initiative Measure No. 23-01
Dear Mr. Zazueta:
I am writing to inform you that based on the 2nd Insufficiency of Signatures letter I received from King
County Elections on August 8, 2023 (attached), I have determined that the petition is insufficient per
the requirements of Renton Municipal Code, Title 1, Section 1-2-2.
I am available to return the petition sheets to you between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Monday, August 14,
2023. Please let me know if that date works for you or not. I am happy to set an appointment anytime
next week to return the documents.
