1. Cement concrete shall not be placed until approved by City Engineer and shall be placed on compacted
suitable base, as per Sec. 15 of APWA, and as approved by the inspector.
2. Concrete shall be 5 Suck mix with 1 1/2 max. aggregate with 5 % air entrainment and 3 1/2" slump.
3. Inspection required before pouring for form and subgrade approval.
