NOTES
I. The permanent R/W shown shall be obtained by permanent easement
or deed fee simple running to the GREEN RIVER FLOOD CONTROL
ZONE DISTRICT in a form satisfactory to the SOIL CONSERVATION
SERVICE. Permits issued by the COUNTY or STATE HIGHWAY
DEPARTMENT covering roads and highways, when approved as to
content by the SERVICE, are acceptable All documents covering
permanent R/W shall be recorded.
2. The temporary R/W indicated can be obtained by permit or temporary
easement in a form satisfactory to the SERVICE. TNs R/W shall be
obtained for a period starting at the beginning of construction and shall
terminate upon completion of construction. Temporary R/W will be used
by the DISTRICT for operation and storage of equipment and material
including spoils removed from channel excavation. Spoils not removed
from temporary construction R/W shall become the property of the
LANDOWNER unless agreed otherwise.
3. All fences, buildings, trees, signs, and bridges within the permanent
and temporary R/W which the SPONSORS or OWNERS wish to salvage or
relocate shall be relocated or removed, unless otherwise noted, prior to
start of construction. If salvage is neither required nor desired, items
will be removed and disposed of during construction.
4. All co-ordinates are based on the Washington State co-ordinate system.
5, AN R/W areas listed in tabulations have been obtained by scaling
or planimering from Land Rights Work Mops.
