BRM-1288(2) I- 405-3(r.35) I 83W 10Co THIS STRUCTURE HAS BEEN DESIGNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS FOR LOAD FACTOR DESIGN, 1977 AASHTO SPECIFICATIONS AND THE LATEST 1N`iERIM SPECIFICATIONS FOR BRIDGES, AND AS MODIFIED BY THE WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION BRIDGE DESIGN MANUALS. THE CONCRETE IN THE: FOOTINGS SHALL BE CLASS "B" MIX. THE CONCRETE IN THE APPROACH SLAB SHALL BE CLASS "A" MIX. ALL OTHER CAST -IN -PLACE CONCRETE SHALL BE CLASS "AX" MIX UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE. THE ROADWAY SLAB SHALL NOT BE POURED UNTIL 24 HOURS MINIMUM AFTER POURING THE INTERMEDIATE DIAPHRAGMS, THE SUPERSTRUCTURE POURING SEQUENCE SHALL BE AS SHOWN ON THE PLANS. ANY DEVIATIONS FROM THIS SEQUENCE SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE ENGINEER FOR REVIEW PRIOR TO POURING. 5 FALSEWORK SHALL BE CAREFULLY RELEASED TO PREVENT IMPAC i OR UNDUE STRESSES IN THE STRUCTURE.
