6. STORM SEWER BEDDING TO BE CLASS "C" WITH BACKFILL

7. CUT AND FILL SLOPES SHALL BE SEEDED WITH TOUGH HARDY
GRASS AT THE RATE OF 180 LBS/ACRE MIXED WITH 200
LBS/ACRE OF 12-12-12 FERTILIZER. GRASS SEEDING WILL
BE DONE USING AN APPROVED HYDROSEEDER, OR AS OTHER-
WISE APPROVED BY JZEfJT'OI�f DEPT. OF PUBLIC WORKS.
THE PERFORMANCE BOND WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNTIL THE
GRASS IS ESTABLISHED UNLESS OTHERWISE APPROVED BY

8. ACCURATE VERIFICATION AS TO SIZE, LOCATION AND DEPTH
OF EXISTING UNDERGROUND CONDUITS OR UTILITIES SHALL
BE THE INDIVI*DUAL CONTRACTORS RESPONSIBILITY. PLAN
LOCATIONS ARE APPROXIMATE AND FOR GENERAL INFORMATION
ONLY.
9. WHERE NEW PAVING MUST MATCH EXISTING PAVING, APPLY
TACK COAT FOR PROPER SEALING PER RENTON REQUIRE-
MENTS.
10. ALL PIPE SHALL BE PLACED ON STABLE EARTH, OR, IF IN
