NOTES:
The storm sewer lateral service connection locations, shown on the
profile, are approximate and are not all shown on the plan view.
The exact location of all laterals shall be determined by the
contractor with the use of video television inspection. All storm
sewer laterals shall be reinstated by the contractor with the use of
the television inspection video made prior to lining of the storm
sewer mains.
The only portion of the rehabilitation manholes eligible for
Washington State Department of Ecology Centennial Clean Water
Grant Funds is from the bottom of the structure to a maximum of
one foot above the crown of the storm sewer pipe.
