ALL ABANDONED UTILITIES ENCOUNTERED AND CAP OR PLUG AT EDGE OF DEMOLITION,

REMOVE EXISTING PILE CAPS AND GRADE BEAMS. CUT EXISTING PILES TO
IMMEDIATLY NOTIFY THE OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE.
