7. WA TERMAIN SHALL PASS UNDER STORM SEWER WHEN REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN
3—FOOT MINIMUM COVER OVER TOP OF WA TERMAIN 8—INCH AND SMALLER (4—
FOOT MINIMUM FOR LARGER THAN 8—INCH PIPE). THERE SHALL BE NOT LESS
THAN A 6—INCH CUSHION BETWEEN THE WA TERMAIN AND THE 5 7ORM SEWER.
8. SERVICES SHALL BE INSTALLED BY CONTRACTOR & WILL BE LOCATED BY
MUTUAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN OWNER, DISTRICT, AND OTHER UTILITY
COMPANIES.
9. FOLLOWING WA TERMAIN CONSTRUCTION, ANY REVISION OF ROADWAY OR
EASEMENT GRADES REQUIRES THE MAINS TO BE RECONSTRUCTED BY THE
OWNER TO CONFORM TO THE SPECIFICA TIONS OF WA TER DISTRICT No. 90. ALL
ADDED COSTS OF INSPECTIONS FOR SUCH REVISIONS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE
OWNER IN ADDITION TO THE STANDARD CHARGES, AND SHALL BE PAID BEFORE
ACCEPTANCE BY WA TER DISTRICT No. 90.
