THE CONTRACTOR WILL FURNISH AND INSTALL ALL VAULTS AND CONDUITS FOR THE CITY OF RENTON. 5. COMCAST AND CENTURYLINK WILL FURNISH ALL VAULTS AND CONDUITS REQUIRED FOR THEIR CONVERSION. 6. UNDERGROUND SERVICE CONNECTIONS FOR CENTURYLINK AND COMCAST SHALL BE MADE BY THE FRANCHISE UTILITIES. 7. UNDERGROUND SERVICE CONNECTIONS FOR POWER SHALL BE MADE BY THE PROPERTY OWNER FROM THE RIGHT—OF—WAY TO EXISTING PRIVATE METERS. 8. CONSTRUCT JOINT UTILITY TRENCH PER THE TYPICAL TRENCH DETAILS, SECTIONS AND PROFILE SHEETS 174-192. ADJUST THE HORIZONTAL ALIGNMENT AND VERTICAL PROFILE AS NECESSARY TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH EXISTING AND PROPOSED UTILITIES AND ROADWAY FEATURES, WHILE MAINTAINING 3' MINIMUM COVER OVER CONDUITS AND VERTICAL 12" MINIMUM CLEAR BETWEEN OTHER UNDERGROUND UTILITIES. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VERTICALLY TRANSITION THE TRENCH DEPTH BY DEFLECTING JOINTS OR INSTALLING BENDS PER THE. FR ANC IISE, UTILITY REQUIREMENTS. SEE 'THE APPROXIMATE' JOINT UTILITY TRENCH PROFILE TO AID IN THE LAYOUT OF THE TRENCH, SHEETS 180-192. 9. CONTRACTOR SHALL SEQUENCE WORK TO ALLOW CONTINUED OPERATION OF ALL EXISTING UTILITIES UNTIL NEW SYSTEM IS COMPLETE. ONCE NEW SYSTEM IS COMPLETED, TESTED, APPROVED BY UTILITY OWNERS AND FULLY OPERATIONAL, CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE EXISTING CONDUIT DUCT BANK AND EXISTING UTILITY STRUCTURES NO LONGER IN USE. 10 INCLUDE ILLUMINATION AND SIGNAL CONDUIT IN JOINT TRENCH WHERE POSSIBLE.
