CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY COORDINATION, LAYOUT, SURVEYING, 'TRENCHING, EXCAVATION, BEDDING, BACKFILL AND RESTORATION FOR THE FRANCHISE UTILITIES TO SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE THE CONVERSION. THE LAYOUT SHOWN IS APPROXIMATE AND A COMPILATION OF THE DESIGNS BY PSE, COMCAST, CENTURYLINK, AND CITY OF RENTON. SEE FRANCHISE UTILITY PLANS (VOLUME 4 OF 4) FOR DESIGNS BY PSE POWER, PSE GAS, COMCAST, AND CENTURYLINK. THE JOINT TRENCH LAYOUT, SWEEPS, VAULTS AND OTHER FEATURES SHOWN ARE APPROXIMATE. ADJUST AS NECESSARY TO MEET FRANCHISE UTILITY REQUIREMENTS AND TO PROVIDE A COMPLETE, FUNCTIONING SYSTEM. ALL CONDUIT MATERIALS, BENDS, VAULTS, AND OTHER MATERIALS INSTALLED BY THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE PER THE REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF THE FRANCHISE UTILITIES. PSE WILL FURNISH ALL VAULTS AND CONDUITS REQUIRED FOR THEIR ELECTRICAL CONVERSION. PSE WILL FURNISH ALL CASING CONDUIT REQUIRED FOR THEIR GAS CONVERSION. THE CONTRACTOR WILL FURNISH AND INSTALL ALL VAULTS AND CONDUITS FOR THE CITY OF RENTON. COMCAST AND CENTURYLINK WILL FURNISH ALL VAULTS AND CONDUITS REQUIRED FOR THEIR CONVERSION. UNDERGROUND SERVICE CONNECTIONS FOR CENTURYLINK AND COMCAST SHALL BE BADE BY THE FRANCHISE UTILITIES. UNDERGROUND SERVICE CONNECTIONS FOR POWER SHALL BE MADE BY THE PROPERTY OWNER FROM THE RIGHT—OF—WAY TO EXISTING PRIVATE METERS. NUMBER REVISION DESCRIPTION AND PROFILE SHEETS 174-192. ADJUST THE HORIZONTAL ALIGNMENT AND VERTICAL PROFILE AS NECESSARY TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH EXISTING AND PROPOSED UTILITIES AND ROADWAY FEATURES, WHILE MAINTAINING 3' MINIMUM COVER OVER CONDUITS AND VERTICAL 12" MINIMUM CLEAR BETWEEN OTHER UNDERGROUND UTILITIES. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VERTICALLY TRANSITION THE TRENCH DEPTH BY DEFLECTING JOINTS OR INSTALLING BENDS PER THE FRANCHISE UTILITY REQUIREMENTS. SEE THE APPROXIMATE JOINT UTILITY TRENCH PROFILE TO AID IN THE LAYOUT OF THE TRENCH, SHEETS 180-192. 9. CONTRACTOR SHALL SEQUENCE WORK TO ALLOW CONTINUED OPERATION OF ALL EXISTING UTILITIES UNTIL NEW SYSTEM IS COMPLETE. ONCE NEW SYSTEM IS COMPLETED, TESTED, APPROVED BY UTILITY OWNERS AND FULLY OPERATIONAL, CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE EXISTING CONDUIT DUCT BANK AND EXISTING UTILITY STRUCTURES NO LONGER IN USE. 10 INCLUDE ILLUMINATION AND SIGNAL CONDUIT IN JOINT TRENCH WHERE POSSIBLE. SEE ILLUMINATION AND SIGNAL PLANS FOR CITY OF RENTON POWER AND FIBER DESIGN. 11. CONTRACTOR TO INSTALL CENTURYLINK OVERSET VAULTS. 12. CONTRACTOR SHALL PRESERVE AND PROTECT ALL FACILITIES TO REMAIN.
