THIS PLAN HAS BEEN PREPARED FOR THE CONTRACTOR'S CONVENIENCE IN
LOCATING, PROTECTING, AND AVOIDING CONFLICTS WITH EXISTING UTILITIES, IT IS
BASED UPON BEST AVAILABLE INFORMATION AND IS NOT NECESSARILY ACCURATE
OR COMPLETE.
CONSTRUCTION LIMITS AND REMOVAL LIMITS SHOWN ON PLAN ARE APPROXIMATE.
LIMITS SHALL BE STAKED BY THE CONTRACTOR AND APPROVED BY THE
ENGINEER. TREES WITHIN THE CLEARING LIMITS SHALL BE REMOVED AFTER
APPROVAL BY THE ENGINEER.
CATCH BASIN INSERTS SHALL BE PLACED IN ALL EXISTING CATCH BASINS WITHIN
