1. THIS PLAN HAS BEEN PREPARED FOR THE CONTRACTOR'S CONVENIENCE- IN
LOCATING, PROTECTING, AND AVOIDING CONFLICTS WITH EXISTING UTILITIES. IT IS
BASED UPON BEST AVAILABLE INFORMATION AND IS NOT NECESSARILY ACCURATE
OR COMPLETE.
2. CONSTRUCTION LIMITS AND REMOVAL LIMITS SHOWN ON PLAN ARE APPROXIMATE.
