PRIVATE ROOF DRAIN NOTE
ALL PRIVATE STORM DRAINAGE ROOF DRAINAGE CONVEYANCE
PIPE SHALL BE A 6"0 SDR35 D3034 WHITE PVC PIPE, PLACED
AT A MINIMUM SLOPE OF 0.50%. IF THE SIZE OF THE PIPE IS
INCREASED THE DIAMETER OF THE PIPE WILL BE SHOWN ON THE
PIPE WITHIN THE PLANS.
LOT BMP APPLICATION NOTES
1. CONNECTION OF THE INDIVIDUAL SINGLE-FAMILY
STRUCTURES TO THE PRIVATE DOWNSTREAM DRAINAGE
SYSTEM SHALL BE VIA PERFORATED PIPE CONNECTION.
2. FLOW CONTROL BMPS CONSTRUCTED ON EACH LOT SHALL
BE OPERATED, MAINTAINED AND KEPT IN GOOD REPAIR BY
EACH LOT OWNER.
3. COMPLIANCE WITH THE BMP REQUIREMENT ON THE LOTS
WILL BE ADDRESSED IN THE DRAINAGE PLAN SUBMITTED
FOR RESIDENTIAL BUILDING PERMIT DRAINAGE REVIEW WHEN
