ALL EXISTING EPDXY BONDED MOUNTING BRACKETS ARE TO BE COMPLETELY REMOVED BY POWER TOOL CLEANING (SSPC-SP3) PRIOR TO COATING. 2. ALL EPDXY SUPPORTS ARE TO BE REPLACED WITH STEEL SUPPORTS, SEAL WELDED TO THE RESERVOIR SURFACE, COATING 1. ALL WELDING SHALL BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO COATING RESERVOIR INTERIOR. 2. COATING SHALL BE DONE STRICTLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND IN A MANNER SATISFACTORY TO THE OWNER. 3. CAREFULLY OBSERVE ALL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS STATED IN THE MANUFACTURER'S PRINTED INSTRUCTIONS. PROVIDE ADEQUATE VENTILATION AND LIGHTING AT ALL TIMES. 4. BRING ALL MATERIALS TO THE JOB SITE IN THE ORIGINAL SEALED AND LABELED CONTAINERS OF THE PAINT MANUFACTURER. 5. PROVIDE MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS FOR ALL MATERIALS TO BE USED. 6. CONTRACTOR SHALL TAKE ANY AND ALL MEASURES NECESSARY TO PREVENT OVER -SPRAY. SHOULD OVER -SPRAY OCCUR, THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ANY DAMAGE THAT OCCURS AS A RESULT OF OVER -SPRAY. 7. MATERIALS SHALL BE MIXED, THINNED AND APPLIED ACCORDING TO THE MANUFACTURER'S PRINTED INSTRUCTIONS. 8. THE OWNER SHALL INSPECT AND APPROVE ALL SURFACE PREPARATIONS PRIOR TO APPLICATION OF ANY COATING. PROVIDE 24-HOUR NOTICE PRIOR TO SURFACE INSPECTION NEEDS. 9. DO NOT COAT ALUMINUM OR STAINLESS STEEL ITEMS. 10. CONTRACTOR SHALL TEMPORARILY DISCONNECT ANTENNA MASTS AS NECESSARY FOR COATING OF THE EXISTING RAILINGS. SEE DIVISION 9 OF THE SPECIFICATIONS FOR ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS ANTENNA SAFETY AND SCHEDULING GUIDELINES SCHOOL DISTRICT RADIO SYSTEM ANTENNA 1. THE SCHOOL DISTRICT RADIO SYSTEM OPERATES AT AN EFFECTIVE RADIATED POWER (ERP) OF 11 WATTS. 2. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOT WORK WITHIN 10 FEET OF THE ANTENNA FOR A PERIOD OF MORE THAN 10 MINUTES UNLESS THE RADIO HAS BEEN SHUTDOWN, 3. WHILE SCHOOL IS IN SESSION, THE RADIO SYSTEM CAN BE SHUTDOWN ON SATURDAY'S BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:00 A.M. AND 4:00 P.M. 4. THE RADIO SYSTEM CAN BE SHUTDOWN THE SECOND AND THIRD WEEK'S OF AUGUST FOR PAINTING OF THE RESERVOIR EXTERIOR. 5. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE CITY 7 CALENDAR DAYS IN ADVANCE OF A SCHEDULED RADIO SYSTEM SHUTDOWN. CLEARWIRE RADIO SYSTEM ANTENNA'S 1. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOT WORK AROUND THE CLEARWIRE EQUIPMENT WHILE THE EQUIPMENT IS OPERATIONAL. 2. CLEARWIRE US LLC (CLEARWIRE) WILL EITHER RELOCATE THEIR MICROWAVE DISH AND PANEL ANTENNAS TO A TEMPORARY TOWER OR WILL PROVIDE A TECHNICIAN TO TURN OFF THEIR ANTENNAS AS THE CONTRACTOR PERFORMS WORK IN THE VICINITY OF THEIR ANTENNAS. 3. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO NOTIFY CLEARWIRE WHEN THE CONTRACTORS CREW IS SCHEDULED TO WORK IN THE VICINITY OF CLEARWIRE'S MICROWAVE DISH OR PANEL ANTENNAS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY CLEARWIRE AND THE CITY OF A SHUTDOWN REQUEST 7 CALENDAR DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE SCHEDULED SHUTDOWN. THE CITY WILL PROVIDE THE CONTRACTOR WITH CONTACT INFORMATION FOR CLEARWIRE. CITY WIFI RADIO SYSTEM ANTENNA'S 1. THE CITY WIFI RADIO SYSTEM OPERATES IN THE 2.4 GHz RANGE AT AN ERP OF 4 WATTS. 2. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOT WORK WITHIN 5 FEET OF THE ANTENNA'S OR RADIO'S UNLESS THE RADIO'S HAVE BEEN SHUTDOWN. 3. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOT COME INTO CONTACT WITH THE ANTENNA'S OR RADIO'S UNLESS THE RADIO'S HAVE BEEN SHUTDOWN. 4. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE CITY OF A SHUTDOWN REQUEST 7 CALENDAR DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE SCHEDULED SHUTDOWN FOR WORKING AROUND THE WIFI EQUIPMENT. CITY WASTEWATER SYSTEM ANTENNA'S 1. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE CITY OF A SHUTDOWN REQUEST 7 CALENDAR DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE SCHEDULED SHUTDOWN. 2. WHEN RELOCATING THE SEWER REPEATER EQUIPMENT AT THE BASE OF THE RESERVOIR FROM ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT CABINET, "EC1", TO ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT CABINET, "EC2", THE RADIO EQUIPMENT SHALL BE SHUTDOWN FOR A MAXIMUM PERIOD OF 8 HOURS. ALL EQUIPMENT AND CABLES SHALL BE RELOCATED AND OPERATIONAL WITHIN THE 8 HOUR PERIOD. CITY WATER SYSTEM ANTENNA'S 1. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE CITY OF A SHUTDOWN REQUEST 7 CALENDAR DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE SCHEDULED SHUTDOWN. 2. WHEN DISCONNECTING THE ANTENNA CABLES FOR INSTALLING THE EXISTING CABLES IN CONDUIT, THE RADIO EQUIPMENT SHALL BE SHUTDOWN FOR A MAXIMUM PERIOD OF 2 HOURS. ALL CABLES AND EQUIPMENT SHALL BE RECONNECTED AND OPERATIONAL WITHIN THE 2 HOUR PERIOD.
